Notice In Terms Of Section 63 Of The Medical Schemes Act

As required by the Registrar, notice is hereby given of the proposed acquisition by Platinum Health Medical Scheme of 100% of the shares in RA Gilbert (Pty) Ltd (a Pharmacy Group) from Platmed (Pty) Ltd.

A copy of the exposition and supporting documents of the proposed transaction is available for inspection for the period from 18 February 2020 to 17 March 2020 at the following offices and thereafter these documents will continue to lie open for any representations in terms of section 63 (5) from 18 March 2020 to 17 April 2020;
